REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Due to limited space and to assure quality instruction, there will be a limited enrollment for each camp. Registration applications are accepted on a first-come basis. To ensure your spot in the camp(s) of your choice, print out the form below, fill it out completely (PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY) and mail it with a minimum deposit of $100.00. (We are unable to handle online registration at this time.) Balance will be due upon arrival at camp. When we receive your application, you will receive a letter with directions to the camp site at St. Leo University and more specific information pertaining to the camp(s) you have registered for. Camp apparel may be pre-ordered when pre-registering for camp. Those campers planning to get a camp t-shirt should indicate the size and quantity on the application form below. Videos of all instruction are available for $25 per video (Not available for Training or Youth Camps). Indicate on the application your choice(s) of videos desired.
