most camps provide instruction to the group as a whole,
PrideWrestling separates wrestlers based on their experience
levels, so the instruction can be tailored to meet specific
needs.
The
Technique Program brings the students through a proven method
of instruction and reinforcement of the strong fundamentals
of wrestling. Additionally, high level moves like the
inside trip and throws that will set the students apart from
their competition will be presented.

Big Man Program
Big
wrestlers have different needs. The "Big Man's" program will
focus on the technical needs of larger wrestlers. The "Big Man"
program will have separate technique sessions but the students
will also participate in the dual meets, presentations by other
featured clinicians, live wrestling and the camp tournament.

There
will be a camp tournament on the last day of camp with awards
for the top 3 place winners. Parents and friends are encouraged
to watch.
